This is the only book that has ever really made me feel saved. When I first read this book I was struggling with some deep mental illness issues and I couldn't believe how much I related to Charlie. This book is for those who need to feel that they are not alone and for those who need to feel like there is a light at the end of the road.

Honestly, I found this book to be utterly disappointing. The plot was nonexistent and the writing felt like a preteen was trying to imagine what high school was going to be like. This book was written by a teenage web sensation, and I am just disappointed that it was published merely on the fact that it had so many followers on an online writing site. This just proves that we should care more about content than popularity when it comes to novels.
