Lighthearted but I really wish the protagonist was more confident. Would  have done more for the representation.

Feels weird to rate this memoir. I enjoyed it but felt the pacing was a bit off. I really admire the author!

Ending was a bit anti climactic. Not enough foreshadowing or at least give me a reason to care about the brother beaides him unterrupting the narrative to tell not show for ages. I did enjoy it despite that - the main character was grating in a better than thou way which showed her being more similar to her family than she thought. Think that it would have worked better as a TV show.

I think I liked it? I truly don't know if I understood it. A wild roller coaster. Would love to hear from the authors POV
