Much better than FBAA but there was still a lot of information dumping, and Poppy's internal struggles are a bit annoying. But I love Casteel's character and the plot surrounding Poppy and Casteel is super interesting. I'll probably read the 3rd one.

I still stand by what I said with the previous book that is moves so fast, and there isn't enough time for character development but I think it's for more unpredictability factor. I LOVED this book. So much more than book 1!

This was really woven well through the stories of Greek myths. "Historically/mythically" accurate. This had a lot of great imagery at well. It was a bit slow at times but it was beautifully written!

Really cool plot and I loved how everything is connected with the multi-perspectives! My only critique is that is moved a bit fast. I would have liked a bit more character development but it's such a creative story. Can't wait to read the next one!

Cute story! I loved the characters and the writing style was very unique. I felt like the conflicts were very real and relatable. Definitely a cuddle up with a book type of story.

There was so much hype behind this book that I was really excited to read it. It was... good but not as good as I hoped. I love Casteel's character and there were definitely some twists and turns but Poppy's character was a bit annoying at times. It was more focused on sex/romance than the plot which I normally okay but I wanted to know more about what was going on. Maybe it was the flow of the book that threw me off? Also the sex scene after she stabbed him was so confusing.

It was a cute little romance but super predictable and YA energy.

This was such a fascinating twist on a classic story. I absolutely love Peter's character and getting to know his origin story. Nick was also a awesome character, and I loved his perspectives. I think the thing this book did the best was showing. How perspective is everything in each character? Having their own perspective really gave the story depth.
