I loved this book! This is a modern reimagination of the classic story of Cassandra who was given the gift of prophecy but cursed to never be believed. This story involves Rune who was orphaned as a baby and placed in a horrific foster home that ended with her in juvie. She has premonitions that she tries to use to save lives, but she can't share her secret because no one ever believes her. She is brought in to work on a special project with Donovan, a sexy spreadsheet coder. Sparks fly, and danger ensues. There is so much to love about this story, and I will be recommending it to everyone I know. My only gripe is that I wish it was longer. There was so much going on that I feel it would have been perfect if some parts were a little more drawn out. Thank you to Emily Colin for the opportunity to read and review this wonderful story. I will definitely be checking out the rest of your catalog.
