An amazing book based on ADHD and struggling with life skills and how to help yourself or someone you know with ADHD. Very inciteful and informative based off  personal opinions from a couple well known off TikTok. (Yes I watch their vids.) After struggling with ADHD most of my life. This couple and their book has opened up some insights into my life. I have laughed at parts as it has instantly reminded me of things I do or say. If any readers with ADHD are struggling, I urge you to read. It's there to help teach you your limits and be proud of your smallest accomplishments.
It gives you insights into the ways of relationships, finance, housework, daily care for yourself.

Be proud to be you!! Hope you enjoy I as much as I did.
