It felt like reading both someone else’s and yet simultaneously my own journal. Caustic and generous - it built a world as immersive as any fantasy. Left me feeling ebulliently hopeful and believing in folks’ goodness and a happily ever after despite devoting a lot of ink wondering about both phenomenons. 

Such a singular voice!

A very fun, very horny polyamorous craft cocktail of a book. 

I found the insecurity fueled self-absorption of the protagonist a little grating after a while but there was a reference to the Romy & Michele dance sequence so aLL wUz FoRgiVeN.

This was a real treat for me: urban fantasy & polyamory & magic as generational wealth/trauma metaphor. Plus! Good sex! Excited to see where the series goes but also appreciated the sense of finality for *this* story.
