I’ve been enjoying Mila Kane’s hockey series so I thought I’d give this a go and I’m glad I did! I really enjoyed it. Binged both books in 1 day.

I’ve been in a bit of a slump and I have to say yay!! This one hit! I was super excited for some dark bully hockey and this delivered!
I do wish that it wasn’t set in high school, but oh well. Beggars can’t be choosers 😂
I am so totally going to be continuing this series!

I’m trying to read more local authors and more debut authors. Jason B. Dutton fits both categories! I was very excited for this book. It was a very quick, easy read romance that made me laugh and feel lots of feels! The audio narration was very nice. I hope to read more from Mr. Dutton. 

I really enjoyed this one! Very cute, witchy romance! Found family, self discovery, a little bit of mystery! Super fun read!

I was excited for this, the premise sounded really cool, but this just did not hit for me. 

I enjoyed the FMC but the MMC I found to be very condescending and I did not like him. 

I also did not enjoy the short choppy chapters. 

Talk about a feelings rollercoaster! I had all the feels with this one. Which shouldn’t be a shock at this point, as a long time Devney Perry fan, I should be used to her making me have all the feels!

“How does a woman, who hates violence and guns, fall for a professional killer?”

 

That is the question for this story. And let me tell you, this story was great!! I enjoyed it so much! 

Read it in one sitting, so good! 

I can’t wait to read book 2 when it comes out! 

Very quick, easy read. It was very cute! Very much a grumpy sunshine romance (if you couldn’t tell by the title 😂)
