Great YA thriller/mystery. I can recommend the audiobook it kept me on my toes the whole time. I had an inkling about the plottwist early on but still a very enjoyable read!

I love Beth O'Leary books, so this was no different. It made me giggle and I love it.

If I may say one tiny thing is that the ending was too wrapped up, the last 10% or so felt like they had to wrap up all the loose ends.

Spoilers from now on about that last 10%

Why put that Drew thing in at the Christmas party. So unnecessary in my opinion and I don't like that the book doesn't just end. Why do they always want to end romances with an engagement... Why can't they just end it with they got in a relationship finally and are happy together as they are now. It just felt like they nééded to wrap the bow around it and serve it up nicely

Okay this was very nitpicky because the first 90% of this book I absolutely LOVED.

The Christmas Wedding Guest by Susan Mallery

Did not finish book. Stopped at 60%.
This was so boring. Also don’t do 4 pov’s and switch within the chapter from pov WITHOUT MULTIPLE NARRATORS. That’s just cruel. It was confusing, boring, a lot of telling and not showing.

My first and hopefully only dnf this year. Should’ve done that sooner.

Cute spicy mlm romance, great rep but I’m not a but fan of the miscommunication in the third act conflict🫣
Hoe voelt het? by Sophie Kinsella
