This was a really solid workplace enemies-to-lovers romance, with great chemistry between the MCs. Some of the conflict felt a bit forced and the secrets/miscommunication too unrealistic, but it didn’t diminish my enjoyment too much. The reflections on single parenthood and grief (the FMC is a widow) were moving.
