This was very fun. I absolutely was not expecting a heist book to have these twists and turns. Might be a little light on the horror elements, but that was perfect for me because I don't like to be scared. Kangas artwork was brilliant, I would like to check out more by them, perfectly aided by Gabriela Contreras on colors; really fun to look at and flip through, and get hungry for burgers. So many fast food religious puns.

I usually have difficulty with horror graphic novels, but this was amazing. Emily Carroll's art, especially the use of spot color and splash pages is always on point. Nice building tension throughout the book, if you like psychological horror this is a great ride.
