I Absolutely loved this book! I read Johnson's Truly Devious series and I love her writing style!! I couldn't figure out the plot twists and the characters were so lovable. Marlowe's personality was how my personality was in high school except she knew she was queer haha

I really liked this one! It's the first book I read by this author, and I loved the lyrical writing. The ending had my jaw on the floor, I didn't expect it at all. I loved the asexual rep too! I've never read a book that showed my version of being ace before, and it was so nice to see it on paper. I loved the couple, and I thought they were amazing for each other.

This was marketed to me as a trans horror novel, and it feels more like a romance book than a horror book. I thought the representation of figuring out you're trans and then trying to live your life was super spot on. 

I'd say go into this book expecting great trans rep, gore, and a fair bit of romance

I haven't had a book like this in years! Two Twisted Crowns has swallowed me up and spit me back out too many times to count. I think I lost and found a peice of myself within it's pages. I've never fallen in love with so many characters in my life!
