I was so excited to read this book. It was good. Just not as good as I was expecting. I’m pretty open minded when it comes to things, so I didn’t mind the parts about polyamory.

It starts with the relationship only being a little open. The husband seems to suggest adding kissing to it. But she takes it to an emotional level with someone.

This book was a hard read but not because of the author. I just have experienced so much of the story way in my past. It was bringing up bad memories for me. But I still enjoyed the story.

I won this advance copy of this book from a Goodreads giveaway. My review was not influenced at all by anyone.

I saw this at a store and the blurb and cover got me. And from the beginning it was instantly sucking me in. But as it went on, I became less interested. It seems like the story started to drag. We get it, the house is creepy. It just seems to never give you any insight to it. The story goes back and forth from the past and the future. Daisy gets really annoying. I understand she’s a rude and cold teenager, but I don’t get her being this way even after becoming friends with two people. People who are clearly trying to help.

The idea of the story was amazing. The execution of it was maybe so not. It’s a book with some thickness. Mainly, though, it’s because of chapters just dragging out.

This book turned out pretty good. Not as good as the first one but good nonetheless.

I love how the author made so much diversity in this book. The Jewish mythology was a new taste on other mythologies. It seems most we see are Greek or Nordic. I enjoy finding out about other mythologies. I also love that there’s LGBTQ+ story lines as well. There are so many different story lines. It’s great but it is hard to focus that way.

I love fantasy books. And this one did give the epic fantasy feel. You also have romance to make this more of a Romantasy book. You have Toba and Asmel. And you have Naftaly and Barsilay.

There are two realms in the story so you will swap back and forth between the mortal realm and Mail realm. It’s great at times but sometimes confusing.

I won this book through a Goodreads Giveaway. My review is my own opinion and was not influenced.

Another great story from Runa! I enjoyed this little holiday novella. It had romance, gore, twists and turns! I read it so fast too. I enjoyed the pace of the story. I understand they fall fast but that’s how it is with novellas. Which is just alright with me! I would love to see more of Widow!

I’ve read a lot from this author, and this one was hands down her absolute best ever! From the writing style to the story and the execution of the story, it keeps your attention to every detail. You have a captivating story about a girl with a horrible life growing up, to the point she feels like that is all she is worth. Once she meets two brothers, it starts to change. There’s romance, spicey moments, but a beautiful story of healing from tragedy. I highly recommend this book and any books by this author.

So far this has been my least favorite book in the series. A friend warned me about it when I got the set of books. Harry is so annoying throughout this book. And he seems to get worse til the end. I’m guessing it has something to do with his connection to Voldemort, but he’s constantly rude to people. His friends, but worse when he yells at Dumbledore and Hagrid! If it’s his connection to Voldemort, then it should have been a back and forth between good Harry and bad Harry. I did love how I got so many answers about why Dumbledore took Harry to his aunt and uncle’s home though. It was not a horrible book, Harry was just horrible.

I found this book in one of those free little libraries and decided to give it a try. I wasn’t thrilled about reading a book written in a style like it was, sort of like an interview, but it made it easier to get through. The will they or won’t they that you felt as you’re reading about Billie and Daisy just keeps you going page after page. I cannot wait to pass this book onto someone else.

Oh my goodness! I can’t believe the story is over! I have truly loved this series so much. This final book took me on such an emotional rollercoaster! I laughed a lot, but I also cried some. This author can pull at every single emotion you have with this book. The ending was absolutely beautiful. I will read this series over and over again, just so I can relive this experience again. The war alone will keep you on the edge of your seat while you read. A special thank you to the author for giving us this beautiful and amazing series!
