I understand why this is a lot of people's favorite, but I think it's still got to be Beautiful Stranger for me.

It was fine! I didn’t hate it which is saying something. I just didn’t really feel anything towards it.
Started as white lotus and then quickly changed to a tropical adventure then some Gillian’s Island with elements of LOST and basically my worst nightmare. And then it ended in a meh way. But not disappointing like some other mystery/thrillers.

This is just bad… glad it was from the library. Only finished because I was bored at work lol. But even listening about “two bats” from my desk at MLB couldn’t keep me hooked. She’s a literal 🤡. I think I need to accept that the bellinger sisters hold a special place in my heart and just move on from TB.

vNot my speed. Kind of boring but well written if that makes sense? I just didn’t click with the pacing or narrators. I didn’t love the ending but I did love learning some of the reveals. You could just tell from the beginning that there was an unreliable narrator and that’s maybe not for me anymore. Idk. Would probably read another book by the author though!

It was so cute, easy, mature, and a little hot. Two suburban teachers in their 40s and healing from their own romantic histories. Loved the plus size rep and single dad hotness. Could be quite cheesy, but also modeled excellent communication (in all areas 😉), respect, and just maturity.

I loved this book! It was a charming and mature romance. It had the vibes of Evvie Drake Starts Over but with kids involved and a little more sap.  I found the ending to be a bit rushed and startlingly cheesier than the opening half, but I still loved it and was so happy. An easy one sitting listen.
