So cute and swoony.

Andre and Luke share something similar.  They’ve both reinvented themselves after celebrity status. Older and wiser, and still crushing on each other years later.

They reconnect when Andre swoops in to save Luke from a flat tire in a snowstorm on the way to their friend's wedding. Swoon. Anyone else have a competency kink?

What transpires is a really sweet reunion where they can finally explore their feelings freely. And boy do they!! *fans self*

Complete with snowball fights, mulled wine and lots of cake, you have a masterful holiday romance that will melt the snow.

The Kiss by Courtney W. Dixon

The day he finds out he is HIV+ thanks to his cheating ex is not the day to find someone new. The kiss the he and Dallas shared though has stayed with them both. Years later it still stars in their daydreams.

It’s a really good story about love and living after life-altering news. And some fate make sure they get a chance at true happiness.

I often struggle reading stories about HIV/AIDS because I was actively involved in the AIDS pandemic in the 80s and 90s and I can be dragged under by history and deaths, but I enjoy reading modern stories, where science and medicine means people can live long and beautiful lives. This story reminds me to be hopeful and happy.

I always enjoy a tight group of friends who see each other as family and this series follows each of these ‘brothers’.

Langdon has a troubled past that he keeps to himself and he works at a bar. Which is where he meets his boss's brother Eric.

There’s a lot of drama in this story. From Eric’s public breakup at the alter, his ex’s family, Langdon’s past and brothers. Not to mention the co-workers and some mystery/suspense.

I do enjoy the friend dynamic and I like Eric and Langdon together when they get there. It does at times feel like the story/series is trying to be too many things at once.

Christmas Beau is a fantastic holiday romance. Two really wonderful men who, though, are different, not so much that they are opposites.  Four dogs who are completely spoiled and adored, and one 12-year-old who makes you smile at every turn.

Hank and Scott are both on new paths in their lives, unsure of their feelings about dating anyone, but open enough to realize a good thing when they see it.

Scott is an adorable mess when Henk is around, and I love that frequently his son is around to point it out! (love that kid) His life is in chaos and I really enjoyed that he was open about it. He didn’t find shame in admitting that he was out of work and figuring things out.

Hank is the baby of four and with 3 uber-successful brothers, it’s not been easy feeling successful in his own life. He needs someone to see him for who he is, not who he could or ‘should’ have been.

With lots of doggy playdates, sweet moments, and Christmas cheer, Amy and Christmas Falls deliver a great holiday romance.

I’m completely in love with Dahalia’s cozy style of romance, and this paranormal mystery series is super adorable.

Set in a small town that acts as a kind of haven for rejected or ostracized people/supernatural.

Hyde and Teresa are pretty cute, especially now that they're dating, but they can’t seem to keep out of a mystery. Whether they like it or not, they keep getting pulled in.

It’s a great cast of characters, a variety of vampires, witches, druids and more, with small-town personalities. Where everyone knows everything that’s happened moments later, but will also have your back.  Especially Hyde, the townfolk love them.

Can’t wait to see what else this cute couple gets embroiled in.

Zeke can calm a skittish horse, and it turns out a skittish man too.

Cal’s story is tragic and you can understand why he’s jumpy and hard to trust, but in Zeke’s presence he’s in safe hands.

It’s sweet to watch them work through their pasts and find a way forward together that includes acceptance and trust.  They are beautiful together and they have a wonderful happy ever after.

The whole series is amazing, I love all these people finding second chances, along with kindness, understanding and love. One of my favourite scenes in every book is when the parolee gets to go get their boots and hat. It never fails to make me smile.

Swoony Christmasy Best-Friends goodness with a classic Elle Keaton side of mystery and suspense.

There’s nothing better than best friends mutually pining for each other.  I love the familiarity they have and I love watching them fall completely.

I especially love watching Dakota find his person and his home.  That boy deserves all the love and to realize how amazing he is.

Tad’s a great guy, always ready to stand by Dakota, but also his own person.  A journalist who can’t help himself when a crime takes place and a sketchy business deal has people buzzing.

It’s a fun side story while watching them fall in love.

Ps. you’ll love the connections to other of her stories.

I love Annabelle’s writing style - it’s soft and beautiful.

This small town is so lovely, and though everyone knows your business, they are welcoming and caring. I want to move there.

Jerry and Reed’s story is a slow burn, and bless Jerry for his patience and kindness. He’s such a warm guy. And I wanted nothing more than for him to find the love he deserves.

Reed is understandably apprehensive about starting a new relationship, but there were still multiple times I wanted to shake him and tell him not to let Jerry slip through his hands!

Thankfully neither let that happen, and their relationship is as sweet as sweet can be.

This was classic Christmas Falls.  Lots of holiday cheer and town events, childhood classmates sorting out past misunderstandings, animals, and an awesome dad driving his kid a little crazy!

Seriously Remy’s dad is fantastic, and I really want his story! But I digress…

Jett and Remy will melt your heart. Especially Jett and his longstanding crush just trying to get oblivious Remy to see him.  As a slightly awkward person, he speaks to me.

Remy is great too. He’s been hurting, and a little confused about his relationships, but I love the clarity that he gets through his friendship with Jett. And the pub scene was perfect!

There are lots of sweet moments, but I especially love Remy’s inner monologue he’s definitely a bit emo.

Come visit Christmas Falls and the Diner with Remy and Jett.

Now give me Adam (Remy’s dad) and Rob’s story!

"I have to protect you. I have to do everything in my power to keep you safe because I don't think I could live in this world without you now that I know how perfect we are together."

I’m a sucker for a supe fighting his true being and then finding the one person that allows him to be his true self. Not to mention Human and Demon…I may have a Demon kink. FYI.

Priest is a good soul, and I’m all in for his possessive and caring love for Oliver. It’s hot and adorable.

Oliver is also amazing. He’s full of surprises, but definitely not in his deep love for Priest. He is fierce and passionate.

There’s also a great suspenseful storyline throughout the series that I’m wholly devoted to following.
