 I've accidentally timed finishing this really well. I've read the last two poems; "this is (almost) thirty" and "a new year begins" just both the new year and turning 29. Needless to say, those left their mark on me with their timeliness. Other stand out poems in this were: "green tea and honey", "tethered", "like a phoenix, i am resilient", and "snow, cherry red".
