This book has me sobbing ðŸ˜
It's so whimsy and fun, the ending had me reading the pages before my eyes could keep up, back to back revelations and twist had me begging for more.
So far, one of my favorite books of the year

I truly don't even know where to out this in my mind.
Greek myths are so messed up and crazy, I really thought I knew what I was getting into. And then BAM, more concerning than I prepared for.
Obviously, this is a wonderful read for anyone interested in Greek mythology, but dang, Madeline does not hold anything back, this is VERY accurate to the original myths, and it is scarring

This is a reread to start off the new year, and I can say, I adore this book.
The amount of times I had to physically close the book, either to scream, laugh, or simply breathe and think, Kaz Brekker, the man you are, is insane.
Now off to Crooked Kingdom, and if anyone is on the fence about giving this book a chance, look no further, and use me as your sign to just do it, you won't be disappointed

Crying, again. This is a reread,, so I knew what I was getting into, but alas, I sit here, crying again, because that ending? PLEASE! TERRIBLE, ILLEGAL, GO TO JAIL. 🥰
This book is written like a double edged sword. You're supposed to hate the main character, but you're in her head, reading her story is so depressing, and because of that, I simply have to admit that E. Lockhart did an amazing job because that was the point.
She spoiled, entitled, and such a brat, but also, she's grieving, suffering, and has memory loss and it's like, *screaming in confusion*
