I won this book as a Goodreads giveaway. It has multiple imaginary stories of deep romance. Some I felt were very good. Others I felt fell short.

Had wanted to read this since I was in junior high. Now wish I had read it sooner. I really connected with the characters emotionally. I kept rooting for them even though they were the poor working class. I recommend this book highly!

I had the opportunity to meet Deb Burma at a Women's church retreat weekend. I loved her message there and picked up this book. It is written so down to Earth yet filled with scripture. She gives you ideas on how to use each chapter with your children. It is written for girls but most things could easily be adjusted for boys. I would highly recommend this book to parents at any stage of raising their children.

This is a heartbreaking book about a girl growing up in Harlem who suffers abuse and incest. It tells of her life and of others she meets with in her journey to become something better.

I won this book from Goodreads Giveaways. It is a wonderful book for the holidays. It is about trees and one that gets picked to be a Christmas tree. I especially like how the author added scripture at the bottoms of a few of the page. My 3 year old son loved this book!
