Twisted, but not as shocking as the other reviews would suggest.

Quirky concept that took me a few pages to wrap my head around, but once I did - so many characters seemed familiar, taken almost verbatim from my own experiences. However I thought the ending was too abrupt, and the main protagonists were a bit flat on the whole.

My first encounter with Munro, in Polish translation. Boundless imagination, style brings to mind the works of Joyce Carol Oates. Enjoyed it immensely.
