Took a long time to get to the nursing (I even checked that I had borrowed the right books from the library), then a long time to get to the mystery. Una's interior monologue was tiresome after a while. We get it, Una, you are not like the other girls, you can pick pockets.

Challenging but not in a good way. Dumb, overlong, contrived AF. Gaynor was a crutch, Eliza was a cliché, Nella was utterly forgettable, and Caroline made me want to choose violence with the repetitive introspection. Pretty cover tho.

End felt a bit too meandering. I wondered about Norwegian embassy and the minister's ending.
