These Hollow Vows by Lexi Ryan
5.0
If you wanna book that has the same feel as a court of thorns and roses and a court mist and fury? This is the book for you. I listen to this on audible and absolutely loved the voice actor. You can also read it, the writing is awesome in terms of understanding what is happening with the characters and the plot and all that kind of stuff. But oh my God! I already want to read this again and pick up the next one straight away. I have to wait till July and I’m not excited for wait until July. If you want a book where the girl needs to pick between two guys Mr dark and brooding & Mr sunshine golden, then this is the book for you. You’ll be screaming at the end but you wanna read it again!
Some really steamy scenes within this book and honestly I like the nearly steamy scene rather than the full steam scene, if you get what I mean?

Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross

Divine Rivals ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Iris and Roman are rivals to become columnist at the leading paper in town. However, a war is browing just outside the city and leads two our two protagonists to dive headlong in to finding out the answers.
You’ve got Mail, but make it younger and during the 1940’s. Honestly the edges of this book and cover made me pick this book up, and I was not disappointed. Ross has lyrical way with words, drawing you in to the protagonists perspectives with purple prose.
The only down side is that I have to wait for the next one and I wish we had explore some of the other characters more.
