Not too bad. It's a mid-career selection, and one of the hits rather than the misses.

This is the deformed twin of The Regulators, a much better book by Mr. Richard Bachman, and unfortunately the one they chose to make into a t.v. movie (which was really bad).

I actually listened to this one in my living room years ago, but it's on this list b/c it's an audio. It was pretty good and really gross.

These are great. I still think about Rage and The Long Walk every once in awhile, and it's been nearly twenty years since I read them all.

Mid-career miss. Just okay.

Almost every time I see a girl's hair in a braid, I call it a 'plait' in my head because of this book.

Read this one and read Desperation if you're interested in seeing what else he did with this story (but this one is much, much better.)

I couldn't finish it. I might try it again some time.
