Actually 3 1/2 stars. Not quite as good as I expected but not bad and some of the characters like Joshua and Maggie were great. Just not really great to me in other aspects.

Actually 4 1/2 stars.

I mostly read this one as I loved Alender's Bad Girls trilogy but I didn't think this one would be that great because of yeah, the title. Oops. But Katie Alender did it again after all. This was a really good book and was so hare to put down when I needed to sleep.

I honestly don't know what to make of this book. It was weird and really bad in places but I might one day read the others if I can't find anything else to read.

I liked Adam and Noah and Ronan were okay but the other characters were just blegh. Whelk's storyline was supposed to be important but still felt kind of pointless. The random use of English words just made me go the hell and Noah's backstory just felt ridiculous to me. This wasn't the worst book I've read and the plot is certainly original but it's not as amazing as a lot of people big it up to be. I tried really hard to enjoy it but it was hard to focus and not put it down.

I was recced this but sad to say, it wasn't for me.

I seriously love this series and I'm not kidding. Shift is the sequel to Shade and it carries on where it left off with Logan being a Shade - or at risk ghost.

During the time between Aura hasn't given up on Logan but she's also started to move on. It's been months since Logan died but she still loves him and still makes mistakes. Reading this book was an emotional rollercoaster. You laugh, you cry and you can't put it down. I like Zach, I like Logan and I even like Dylan.

Wonderful book.
