There was an interesting premise and a different take on werewolf stuff (changing, etc.). But it didn’t feel the characters grew much or developed past a sort of whiney, self-deprecating state.
And, it felt like trauma and homophobia were used just to make the characters “interesting,” not for the sake of development or growth.
