Wanted to like this book but really couldn’t. There was virtually no plot and it was a cheap knock off of fifty shades of grey. Mysterious billionaire into bondage? Check. Last name that’s a color? Check. Lack of emotional intimacy? Check. A lot of the writing was bad and the scenes were corny. The author clearly doesn’t understand influencer culture and the way millennials behave and speak. Her slang was outdated and the terminology was eye-rollingly bad. The whole thing just came across as trying way too hard, won’t be reading the second book.
