I was SO excited to read this book and OMG it did not disappoint😭
I wasn't sure if I was going to like the author but now I want to read all her books, the way she wrote this story is beautiful, I never wanted to stop reading, the story never got boring to me and it is the most addictive book I have ever read, I connected with all the characters, I loved them with all my heart, I just can't describe how much I enjoyed this book, and all of the beautiful quotes? I put like 30 post its on my book cause this was just beautifully written.

I LOVE a second chance romance, especially if it comes along with a single bed trope and forced proximity, I was so invested in Wynn and Harriet story, they were so cute, I even cried of how sweet he was with her, he spoke beautifully about their relationship and *sigh I just loved them so much, this is definitely on my top of favorite books tbh, I loved how the story its filled with lots of things like friendships, loss, trauma, happiness, love, and change. Their chemistry was amazing and I like how we could see what happened between them and connect with them even more, they had a lot of miscommunication but they both handled it so good in the end.

I have mixed feelings about this book because, at first, I was loving it; there was too much drama, and I couldn't stop reading. It had some cringe scenes, but it was still addictive then halfway through the book, I found out that there is an accidental pregnancy, and I was so disappointed😔 I still tried to enjoy it, but honestly, I feel like it would’ve been so much better without it, everything happened so fast, but one thing I have to mention tho is that I loved how there was always communication between the two mc, there were some scenes where I just had to pause for a moment, but overall I think it was fun and easy to read. the STRUGGLE i had reading this book😭
First of all I didn’t connect with the story or the characters, I didn’t even understand the plot at all, like everything was all over the place, i wished the story was more detailed and more of a slow burn cause it was going so fast. West was so inmature and the trade idea was so stupid sorry.
And the dialogues omg, I cringed with almost everything they said. also we barely got any scenes with jade’s parents, or West’s family, maybe it wasn’t necessary but it would’ve been cute. The only good thing I would say about this book is that it was never boring (kinda), like it was a fast read, but honestly this is just my opinion, I just didn’t think this was for me💫

This was okay, I don’t have many things to say about this book if I’m being honest but it was alright, the story was enjoyable and I liked all of the characters, I got into a reading slump that’s why it took me about a month to read it😭
It was cute, I loved a few scenes, fast reading, and the plot was fine. I just didn’t like it that much to be 4-5 stars, also the way he called her princess almost every sentence pissed me off a little srry😔

I think the reason why I rated it 3 stars was because I wasn’t a big fan of the chapters being set in the present and the past, like I get it cause they were flashbacks to know what happened between them but idk in some parts I was getting stressed, I just wanted them to communicate😭 but i would recommend it, I loved their story, the plot, this is my first time reading a second chance romance book, and I think I’m liking this trope.
I wanted to know what happened in the future, or their very first romantic moments when they were like 14/15, but overall this was quick and fun to read!🤍
