It was an amazing book. However, it took me a while to get through the book because my American self had a hard time imagining the scenarios. After a more brutal section, I would have to put the book down, get a drink, air, watch a children's show...
It was harsh.
With that being said, I do love Hosseini's writing, and I am glad I read the book.

Awesome book. Sad ending...
