City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
3.0
If you have finished reading The Infernal Devices (or at least read the first book in that trilogy) right before starting City of Fallen Angels, get ready to overwhelm yourself again because there are a lot of references made! Especially every time someone mentions Will Herondale, London, and about the 1800s...

4.5 star.
I absolutely missed Jace throughout the reading, it was like a huge black space that cannot be filled. With only the last two books left in the series, can you imagine reading TMI without the "real Jace"? His sarcasm, his charm, his self-destruction everything. Even though he was in front of me, but it wasn't the one whom we met in City of Bones.
Coupled with that, it leaves a deep cleft in your heart every time there is a mention of Will Herondale. And if you already know who Brother Zachariah really is, congratulations there is no cure for your pain.

This part gets really messy. Soul to soul reconnection and junk.
