This book exceeded the expectations I had going into it.  I think this is a really great read for anyone that wants to become more aware of the way the society we live in shapes us and molds us into these patterns and behaviors that are ultimately harmful to our wellbeing.  I wouldn't say this is a perfect book, but I think even the parts of the book where I paused or didn't fully agree were points where I think further discussion would be good.  Plus, one book can't cover it all, and the author seemed pretty aware that she is privileged and that there are people who are further disadvantaged than she is.

This book really dragged. It felt like it just kept going and going and I wish it had focused on a few plot lines and really flushed them out instead of going through so much. Also I usually love plus size rep but I don’t think this was well done. It just felt like a lot of over the top trauma that wasn’t even properly flushed out. Its like everyone was super cruel to the FMC (like everyone, her family, her husband, their entire social network, and strangers) because you just had to feel bad for her, but some of the scenes were just cartoonishly fatphobic. And while I appreciate the content warning for eating disorders, I do think that the way it was incorporated into the story could be incredibly triggering.

I received this as an ARC on NetGalley.  This was a fun read, very Ted Lasso inspired.  Both Hazel and Beck were likeable and Beck was especially loveable.  It was also fun to see Alfie and Mabel a few times.  I think the only thing that I didn't like about this book is that at times Hazel's insistence about what Beck must want was annoying.  It was like she kept judging him or painting him as a certain type of person rather than getting to know him.  And while I know it's her way of projecting her insecurities, it was still tiresome to read at times.  Also this book isn't dual POV, it's only Hazel's POV so that also might be why it was easier to get annoyed with her rather than Beck, because it's her train of thought.

This was an enjoyable read. I wouldn’t say Knox and Sencha are my favorite and it felt like there were multiple sub plots that were set up and resolved quickly that I didn’t actually get invested in any of them. I’m actually looking forward to the story between Hendry and Ailith most out of this book.

This is a really personal collection of poetry, focusing no grief.  I think it's really easy for collections like this to feel cliche or surface level, but I was blown away by this collection.  At a time when I am also working through grief, I am so glad that I turned to this.

This was a fun read, and the way Marcus and Honoria slowly fell in love was sweet.  The small glimpses of the Bridgerton siblings was also fun.  Lady Danbury!!!!  Love her.  I also just love the comradery between the cousins and I'm excited to read about Sarah and Iris' stories, even though this one clearly set up Daniel and Anne as next.

This was a sweet and relaxing read, with childhood friends to lovers.  Georgiana and Nicholas are both loveable and the way they just happen to be perfect together was sweet and romantic.  I kept waiting for some major conflict but the it was mostly just two individuals slowly falling into wedded bliss.

This was such a lovely read, and kind of a slow burn which I wasn't expecting, but still enjoyed!  Andrew and Poppy are adorable together and their flirting made me giddy the way they were competitive, but also the way they just seemed to fit together and be right for each other.  The ending felt quick compared to the rest of the story, but at that point I was so excited for them to just be together that I didn't even mind it.  Overall, I'm surprised by how much I have been enjoying this prequel series.

This was a really enjoyable read! I loved the story between Cecelia and Edward. They both made a sweet couple and it was so romantic the way they fell in love. Really looking forward to reading Andrew’s story next.
