This was such a great audiobook! I must say that I mostly got it because of that cover, not knowing much going in. It’s such a good story about love and family and hope, it made my heart happy! It’s not all roses and sunshine, but the heavy moments are such important ones as well. I loved it!

I liked it well enough, it’s an easy read but it never pulled me in enough to really root for one of the Romeo’s. I bought it thinking it was a Romance novel, but I can’t classify it as that. No HEA or even an HFN kinda ruins that.
I was so excited for this book when I first saw teasers, and I’m so happy that I got to listen to the audiobook! I loved it so much! The trip through Europe, the close quarters on the train, the play on tropes in romance novels, it all worked so well for a swoony and amazing love story. It had the best balance of banter and love, of going from nemeses to lovers. I love reading stories set in places I’ve been, reliving the memories made in those places, and this book definitely took me back! A great low-angst romance for if you want to escape into some amazing cities! I just wish I could read all the books Axel and Hazel were writing!

This was such a fun novella! I love a good fake-turns-real relationship and Heath and Declan definitely have that. I was so happy that both guys have great people in their lives that are there to listen and also tell them when either is being an idiot. A great reading companion while flying home!
Burnout grabbed me from the start and it didn’t let me go! The tension between Mike and Cassie was clear from the moment they meet, and their banter is the best! The suspense of the case and why Cassie is in town flows so well throughout the book, and the final third of the book is unputdownable!

Really liked the story, but I wished we had gotten Erik’s POV as well. Now, it had a too much info dumping from London for me to really get into the story. I did love the communication between the two, and the exploration of kink that was happening.
This was such a great, low-angst romance! Amy and Linc know what they want, and aren’t afraid to go for it even with the risks involved. I loved how the book also focuses on Amy’s growth within herself, a great motivation for us all!
