This was good. It had a ton of useful information. Do not audiobook this like I did. You're going to want to skip around to the sections that you need. If you're dealing with long covid and feel crazy, this is a useful book not only to provide specific suggestions/resources but to feel a little less alone with it.

This wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Admittedly, my expectations were literally on the ground, so that's probably not saying much. 

It started out quite interesting and then devolved into a long rant about her philosophical views at the end, which dead stopped any of the interesting dystopia stuff and was just...a lot. It was a lot.
