Vicious was EVERYTHING I've craved in a superhero/villain story. Watching two sociopaths go at it was so fun to watch. Their relationship before the powers had this undercurrent of resentment that truly intensifies after the fact. Victor was hilariously real about his qualms, so to have delusional, zealot Eli as his foil was an amazing choice. 

I loved the rest of the motley crew. My baby Sydney and giant teddy bear Mitch! 

I am a hyper fan of the pacing of this book. It zipped the reader back in forth in a way that built so much anticipation, while armoring you with so much perspective. It made the book so easy to get lost in!

It was a fun ride, but wow my heart took a pounding!! Rory I will love you forever💕 Caius, thankfully your dumbness wasn't contagious. 

The word "friends" is used 117 times. This book was an amazing love letter to friendship alongside a powerful romance and dizzying fantasy plot. Both friend groups were iconic and the true heroes of the story. I'm a sucker for a good ensemble and Jamie delivered some of the best written friends, I've ever read. Between this duo and Viciously Yours, I am quickly becoming a stan of Ms. Jamie💕

I thoroughly enjoyed so many moments from this collection of essays. Ziwe is known for being seriously unserious and that is still apparent as you cackle many times. However, this is also just a very human tale of a perspective many will relate to and many won't. I admire her use of her power regardless what the audience decides to take away. 

I have no regrets reading this short, Hallmark novel. So many cute moments and likeable characters. However, that ending?! I wanted to box Dorian for being an idiot.

Why are unhinged my actual faves? Such a good why choose time, though that ENDING?!? I cannot believe I have to wait to see wtf is going on 😭 

So much fun! Noel was such a sweetheart with the best energy. Bless Kanton for being stubborn af. Very very much needed! Simone is the real MVP! Love a good bestie!

This man had the audacity, but she also is so real for caving almost immediately. This man breaks into your house and you become hostess with the mostess? Absolutely. I actually love that it ended the way it did! Can't wait to read the Valentine novella!
