I was so excited to receive a copy of Ghostwriter, a new thriller by Julie Clark!

A struggling ghostwriter is pitched an opportunity to ghostwrite a book for a famous horror writer…who is her estranged father. 

I was immediately sucked in and couldn’t put Ghostwriter down! I found this book fun and loved the twists and turns. Not many can’t write a great thriller like Julie Clark! 

I’ve loved all of Julie Clark’s books and Ghostwriter maybe my new favorite of hers! I will be recommending this to anyone looking for a fun thriller this summer! I can’t wait to read what Julie writes next!

Back After This by Linda Holmes is a cute romance I couldn’t put down!

Cecily is a podcast producer who is chosen to become the start of a new dating show podcast— going on twenty blind dates to fall in love. 

I absolutely loved the podcast angle and Linda is able to incorporate details into her novels to make them more realistic. I also liked the older main character and found her easy to relate too. Will, the leading man, also seemed so genuine. 

I love Linda Holmes’ romances. They are comfort reads. I have loved Linda’s other books and can’t wait to recommend Back After this!

Saltwater by Katy Hays immediately transported me to Capri and the Amalfi coast! The food, wine, villas and yachts had me hooked! 

Lorna is working for the Lingates. A wealthy family riddled with secrets— especially surrounding the mother’s death years ago. Was it murder or an accident?

I loved Katy Hays debut— and couldn’t wait to pick up Saltwater. This is the perfect summer read to keep you turning the pages and also transported to Capri and the Amalfi coast (which I think is the most magical place on earth)! I can’t wait to read whatever Katy Hays writes next!

I absolutely loved Never Planned on You by Lindsay Hameroff! 

I was immediately hooked by the prologue and couldn’t put the book down! Ali and Graham’s story  made me giddy. It felt fresh and I was invested in the characters— even the supporting cast. 

I absolutely loved Lindsay’s debut and the cameos of those characters made me smile. I will read anything Lindsay writes in the future. 

If you’re looking for an adorable (and laugh out loud) love story, be sure to pick up Never Planned on you!
