Well written, it just wasn't my thing.

So gorgeously evocative of London in the summer heat. I miss it.

This book is fine. Interesting world building but the writing really dragged it down in places. She definitely develops a lot as a writer between this and Babel - that book had its flaws but it was an absolutely compelling, hard to put down read.
