I liked this the least out of all the Alice Feeney novels I've read. Still twisty-good, but so uncomfortable, I couldn't wait for it to end.

Coming off of an Alice Feeney suspense binge, this Riley Sager story held up well. I am a sucker for stories set in old creepy falling-down houses, with unreliable narrators, and lots of twists. Some of this was predictable for me, but enough was not predictable (which definitely heightens my enjoyment).

Not my favorite of the three Expanse books I've read so far, but pretty great. Differed a lot from the TV show and I found my brain working hard to reconcile the two stories.
