Some great advice in this book. I'm going to have to go back and read specific sections and try out some of the things Evy talks about.

Raw. Real. Deep. Some have said it’s a mess, but isn’t that life? Day in and day out your mind could cover all of these thoughts and more. Scattered about from end to end. Pieces here and pieces there. I love her words, thoughts, expressions, and feelings in this collection. How they are presented represent how they can be for anyone.

Can't wait to dive into Book 4!
