This book…THIS BOOK!
I don’t even know where to start.
I hate love triangles, I hate cheating, and for those reasons, I FOUGHT reading this book because I knew those were a given. And the ANGST??!! My heart was heavy 25% into it. It took me sooo long to read this just because I was worried lol
But for some reason, at 1 am I decided to read 200 plus pages and laying in bed contemplating life until it was time to get ready for work.
The characters? F those characters! They made me so mad throughout the book. Like, Juliet??? Stop being a door mat!! Luke?? Tell your best friend he’s dumb and swoop in and get your girls!
Ugh. I’m still thinking about this book and trying to gather my thoughts.
Either way, 10000/10 read this. Feel my pain.

“You look like something rare and wild,” he whispers, pushing the hair back from my cheek. My breath catches at the feel of his fingers on my skin. “Something they locked up in a cage. And I think you were so relieved to find a safe place to land you didn’t even realize it happened. I thought I could save you if I came here this summer, but even if someone opens the cage, you’ve got to be willing to fly away, too, Jules.”
“I thought I was going to die, and the only thing that mattered, the only thing I wanted, was you,” he says against my mouth. “You were all I fucking thought about.”
“You’re something wild and magnificent, and he has no idea how to take care of you, so he spends all his time making sure your cage is secure because he has no idea what else to do. And that’s why this kills me, Juliet. Because I think I do know how to take care of you, and I want to take his place so bad that it fucking hurts to look at you sometimes.”
“I haven’t loved many things in this world,” he says, “but I loved you from the minute I saw you, and whether it’s today or seventy years from now, I’ll love you with my dying breath.”
“Choose me, Juliet,” he whispers. “Please fucking choose me.”
People are the thing that will grind your trust down to nothing. But they’re also how you to discover a small seed of something inside yourself again, something soft and hopeful and full of love, something that will grow.

Ughhhh I loved this so much.
I was a little aggravated with the main characters for a little bit, but they finally pulled it together in the end

I absolutely love this book!
I’m in Navessa’s Patreon and was reading as she released chapter by chapter. I already read this book twice but had to go again when the audio book was released!
This is such a funny and fast paced book.
There’s masked men thirst trap videos, a stalker, a sassy nurse, an exhookup who wants you to end up with his roommate, a demanding cat named Fred, unhinged mafia family, and a whole lot of laughter!

Grumpy x sunshine
Secret identity
Amnesia
Hockey player x gamer girl
Interracial couple
He knits!
This has been on my TBR for a little bit and I finally got around to reading it. I liked it!
Finn has been pining over his internet friend Chai03. And on the day they finally agree to meet IRL, he gets attacked and ends up unconscious in the hospital with no memories of his past while Chai03 is heartbroken that she was stood up.
Finn can’t remember much from his life before the accident, but his recovered message logs with Chai03 spark happiness that he thought he had long lost.
Naomi has had a rough life, so when her stand in family offer her rooming for half the price near her school, she jumps at the chance. Little does she know, the Mod that broke her heart but came back months later is also her new roommate.
I enjoyed this book so much and I loved seeing Finn finally letting go of others expectations and finding himself. Same with Naomi. She is able to embrace her anger and disappointment with things in her life. Without the sugarcoating and forced smiles, she’s about to work through her emotions honestly.
Also, they are so cute together!!! 😍😍😍
