Her Beary Sexy Christmas by Theodora Taylor

This was one of those reads where you have to suspend all disbelief and just go with the flow.
The premise is absolutely absurd—a car crash, three bear shifters, and instant "you’re our mate now" vibes—but somehow, it worked well enough to keep me entertained.
The forced proximity in a cozy, snowy cave setup was equal parts steamy and ridiculous. The spice was off the charts, and the why-choose dynamic brought its own charm, but the plot didn’t dive much deeper than the initial setup. All in all, a fun, wild ride that’s better enjoyed as a guilty pleasure rather than a meaningful romance.

Not in My Book by Katie Holt

This was such a fun and creative take on enemies-to-lovers! The concept of Rosie and Aiden essentially writing themselves into their book as stand-ins for their characters was genius, and I loved how their writing sessions mirrored the emotional tension and eventual growth in their relationship. Rosie’s optimism and Aiden’s grumpy-literary-snob vibes balanced each other perfectly, with just the right amount of banter and chemistry. Watching Aiden fall first—and harder—was incredibly satisfying, especially as he tried to win her over through actions, not just words. While I loved their dynamic and the bookish setting, some parts of the competition subplot felt a little rushed. Overall, though, this delivered heart, spice, and clever twists for any book lover.
