Many of the poems in this collection are rhythmic, musical, and playful in terms of form. I loved the reflections on language in particular. 

I can’t say I learned anything totally new from this book, but I recommend it as a very accessible and empathetic starting place for people who want to learn more about gender identity and trans issues.
