Jim Butcher knows exactly how to capture the narrative voice of Peter Parker. An absolute joy. This is a book to read when you need to snap out of a reading-funk.

I would have loved to read/listen to a more fleshed-out, and wider-scoped version of this story. This book deals with the hypothetical question of how would we know if we succeeded in communicating with our future selves. The audiobook narrator, Ray Porter, is an absolute joy and legend.

To me, this book seemed all over the place. It was definitely written from a place of COVID/Post-COVID reflection. It seemed written during the initial COVID stay-at-home period. I loved Station Eleven. I struggled to enjoy this one.
