Omg, best of the bunch y’all - not only do we get the story of the Void, but the emotion in this one?! Love it. Tan’s explanation of their first meeting 15 years ago & Devan finally putting himself first and deciding that, yes, he deserves a good life.

“Just answer me this. You said you liked me fifteen years ago. You choose me now. Will you still choose me ten, twenty, thirty years from now?”

“I’ve chosen you for fifteen years with no promise of returned feelings. I don’t see how another fifty is going to change my opinion any.”

We’re closing in on the end, so I’m excited to see where it goes from here!

I love how with each entry, Tan loses a piece of clothing on the cover 😂

The slow-burn is delightfully teasing between this grumpy/sunshine pair. Another fun entry into the (mis)adventures of Tan & Devan.

Fun. That’s basically the most apt description for these little stories - they’re good fun. I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the first, but it’s a lighthearted break from reality which is sometimes all you need ☺️

What a delightful little serial!

Part 1 of 6, Miracle 1 does exactly what it needed to in 100ish pages - got me invested in the leads and their growing relationship. While it’s a bit (ok, a lot) OTT quirky, I found it endearing rather than grating. I want to know more about Tan, his SCD (severe cuddle deficiency), all the kittens he supposedly has from bribery, and long-term pining for Devan, the gallant, grumpy knight with a mysterious background. More please!

I have been sitting with my thoughts on how to review this book for some time now, as I grapple with my feelings. How do you rate something that is unspeakably tragic, yet utterly captivating? Seriously, this is Shakespearean-level tragedy here, equally one of the most horrible books I've read this year (possibly ever) but also one of the best.

What it did do, however, was reinforce my love for romance novels because the amount of despair & anguish that poor Mungo goes through is too much for my poor heart. Seems I can only take one piece of contemporary fiction like Young Mungo each year! Thankfully it ended on a somewhat hopeful note, otherwise I don't know how I would have coped.

Went in expecting a cute little holiday romp and was handed a totally H🔥A🔥W🔥T novella filled with all sorts of queer & size rep - the 12 Days of Dickmas, indeed!

Cute but forgettable fluff. Good transition piece since it covers both Halloween & Christmas.

Also, those complaining about excessive smut?? There’s 2 scenes. Nowhere near as excessive as I thought it was going to be. Jag is hot though.

I say this with love, this is utter trash (in a good way, I swear)! A rinse & repeat of book 1, but throw in a bit of fat phobia. Rowan & Dax are sweet and I loved the turn of body positivity for a male lead. Brain-numbing fluff.

Do you enjoy any of the following?

✅ instalove
✅ fated mates
✅ mega ripped bears (well, wolves tbf) & tiny twinks
✅ low angst
✅ virgin holes
✅ hairy balls
✅ men who describe their dicks in great detail
✅ corny dialogue
✅ stilted pacing

Then this is the book (really, the whole 3 book series) for you! It’s a super quick read that’s pure light, fluffy fun. Perfect for if you need to turn your brain off 😉

Well, it was definitely a quick & easy series to get through. We’re given a teensie bit more external angst in this one, but it’s still the same instalove story, this time between the largest of the shifters & the smallest of the human mates.

My first time reading a spicy scene that included docking, so that was…certainly something!
