Sing Me Forgotten by Jessica S. Olson

I loved this book so very much even with how heartbreakingly sad it is there was never a dull moment in this story a story about a monster girl done right. I loved the characters so much especially Isda and Emeric they fit so well together I loved Isda so much she just wanted to be free in a world that hates and fears her kind she found all of that but at a great cost she was so well written she would do anything to save the one she loves even become the monster the so many fear. I loved Emeric for how genuine he was someone that was easy for Isda to fall for and want to do anything to save the one person that has ever loved her. I really loved the story it is a gender bent Phantom of the Opera story that is a little different but oh so well written I am really looking forward to whatever else this author writes next.
Spoiler
that ending was so sad I am not usually one for endings like this but it fits with the Phantom of the Opera theme so very well.

I loved this book so much I am looking forward to the next book this one left off in a place that just left me yearning for more. I still loved the characters so much especially Spensa and M-Bot I like how they interact with each other and I love how funny M-Bot is never a dull moment with him around. I still love Spensa for her headstrongness and her want to do whatever it takes to save her people she is such a joy to read about. I loved the plot is started with a bang with Spensa in battle and never slows down ever its one crisis and then the next Spensa goes to find out things about their enemies and finds out so many things she did not expect I loved it all so much I am really looking forward to the next book.

This book so so good I loved everything about it from the action to the romance and everything in between. I loved the characters so much especially Tal and Athlen I loved the romance between them it was so perfect they just fit so well together. I loved Tal for his love and loyalty to all those he loved I also really enjoyed how he overcame his insecurities about his magic and his place in the world by the end. I just loved Athlen for his gentle kind loving nature that would do anything for the person he loves I really loved how it all ended it was so perfect. I loved the plot so much it started out with Tal on a tour of the kingdom as part of his coming of age moves on to him meeting someone that he finds interesting he then meets him again finds out a secret and is kidnapped other things happen there is then a happy ending I just loved this book so much. I will be reading more books by this author for sure.

This book was really interested I have never really read anything like it I will be reading more in the series for sure. I really liked the characters especially Gilly she was different just wanting to keep food on the table for her family she is also an interesting thinks on her feet resourceful character I also liked her new friends Jax and Kayla both were interesting in their own ways to read about. How this book weaves fairy tale characters into the story works so well it seems like a well rounded world. I loved the plot it starts with Gilly stealing to help her family and her getting caught and being sent to reform school finding some things out and saving the day. So overall I loved this book will be continuing the series sometime soon.

Meh
This book was pretty dull and uninteresting my original thoughts on the author were right she writes the most boring books ever. In this book characters die and do not so good things and I felt nothing for any of them they were all so forgettable so I have nothing to say about them. The plot was like a train wreck and I could not look away also could not wait for it to end. I was confused for several big chunks of the story since it just throws you in these situations and expects you to understand everything. So a horrible group is terrible to another people are tortured for no real reason other things happen and I just don't care. I will not be reading anymore of this series it is not worth my time.

This book was really interesting and very thought provoking I liked the twists and turns the little bit of romance was nice too. I really liked the characters especially Amy and Elder both were well written and I really enjoyed that little bit of romance that I hope develops more further into the series. I liked Amy for how she really saw how wrong so many things were she has a strength of character that I am looking forward to reading more about. I liked Elder for how he started to see so many things wrong with what was going on it shows how this kind of environment could shape a person and how change would affect that same person. I really enjoyed the plot it starts with Amy going into cold storage and then waking up and seeing how wrong the environment she is now in and doing anything to find out why things are this way with Elder finding out many things that shake his world as he knows it So overall I highly enjoyed this book will read more of the series soon.

I really did like this book some elements were a bit too much for me but I loved the romance and the story outside of the political elements. I really liked the characters especially Jamie and Maya I loved the gradual romance between them I also loved how well they mixed with the people around them. I also loved other characters like Jamie's Grandma his sister Sophie also Maya's Dad and Mom there were so many great characters that made up for certain issues I found with the story. I loved Maya for her strength of character and sticking up for what she believes in that made her a character worth reading about. I loved Jamie for how genuine he was he was a really well written character to read about. I liked most of the story it starts with something awkward happening to Jamie it goes on to be a political campaign that all of the characters are trying to do things for this is how Maya and Jamie meet again and slowly fall for one another other things happen a detestable bill more political stuff things happen they fight they meet back up not long after and kiss the political stuff ends and there is a happy ending for the two of them.

I loved this book so much this is one of my favorite books of this year now and it is the best book by this author I have ever read. I loved the characters so much especially Wallace and Hugo I loved the wonderful slow burn romance they fit so well together also the ending was perfect I loved it so much. What I loved about Wallace was even with his abrasiveness he was interesting to read about I really loved how much he grew as a character by the end. I also loved Nelson, Mei and Apollo they were such great characters an awesome old man and feisty reaper and a loving and loyal dog they made the story just a bit more perfect then it already was. I loved the story it started out with Wallace it moved on to his funeral and how dissatisfied he was with it he then met Mei found out many things met Hugo many things happened after that fell in love found new purpose and finally got that happy ending that he and Hugo deserved more than anything. So overall I loved this book I am looking forward to whatever he writes next.

I highly enjoyed this book it shows that this author can write mystery really well and keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time I also loved the romance. I loved the characters so very much especially Stella and Sam both were interesting to read about I loved their romance I liked that is was not a fast romance. I loved Stella for her strength of character and her determination not to lose anyone else ever again no matter what it takes she was a complicated character that was easy to like. I loved Sam for his fierce protectiveness of Stella willing to do anything to keep her safe he was such a great character. I also loved Stella's friends they were a wonderfully well written group of women that all were so well fleshed out. I loved the plot it starts by telling of Stella's premonitions that started when she was young she is where she is to escape from everything her powers brought she found so many great things wonderful friends and a man she really likes though suddenly the dreams are happening again and she wants to prevent deaths eventually other people find out other things happen and she finds love there is a massive twist and there is an happy ending.

This book took a little while to win me over and really enjoy it like I have the other books the author has written. I really did like the characters especially Juliet a deaf girl that is caught between two people she falls for who loves with everything she is I loved the romance and I especially loved how happily everything ended. I loved her strength of character and how wary she is that people will just take advantage of her deafness and that she could never be with someone since she is deaf I am glad she overcame that but it was quite the journey to getting to that. I really enjoyed the plot even if it dragged a little I loved the mystery the ghost romance and the eventual happily ever after that all of the characters richly deserved. So overall this was a great book I will read more of this series for sure.
