One idea from this book that struck me and that has lingered on my mind is that perhaps the emphasis on "The Father" in Christianity is due to the lack of fathering in the world.

I bought this book from Manteo Booksellers this summer while on vacation. I enjoy reading novels set in places that I've visited. The book was an enjoyable read, but not one I'd recommend to too many people: it's a little too nice for Cornwell fans and perhaps too violent for cozy fans. I'd read another book from this author.
