Five Little Indians by Michelle Good

it's hard to rate books like this so idrk where to start honestly, but i liked it despite how sad it was and id recommend it to anyone who doesnt know much about canadas shitty history and residential schools. even if u know a lot about residential schools already, it's really a different experience reading about this in a book format rather than through articles/the news.
my only complaint was that i didnt really like the authors writing especially towards the end but tbf it was probably difficult to write about this and the fact that she did it at all is a feat in itself.
thank u to that girl in the soci zoom chat that recommended this i owe u one...
