It’s a pair of short stories, I listened to them via audiobook, and I genuinely think the best part was the atmospheric sounds. The writing is extremely basic and the plots to both stories are so predictable and frankly uninteresting. It’s fine if you need to kill 45 minutes but you’d probably get more enjoyment out of someone reading a creepypasta on YouTube.
