I don't know what to feel about this book because I didn't particularly like it, but I don't hate it either. Although I completely understand the people who loved it, I just didn't feel the same because there are a lot of moments where I feel like it's dragging and exciting things only happened at around 75%-ish of the book.

Now, this is what I was looking for! I wasn't really expecting much from this book given that I didn't particularly enjoy the first one, but this one didn't disappoint. I really loved the character dynamic between Rafe and Penny, and I'm looking forward to more of their banters on the next installment.

This duet is sooo good! I literally didn't expect that I'll love and enjoy this, especially the talking shit part between Rafe and Penny.

From Lukov with Love is a slow burn enemies-to-lovers, sports romance done right. I love the character dynamic, the banter, and how the story slowly progresses! But mostly, I find that I enjoyed reading this because of how much I personally resonate with Jasmine's character, especially with how much she wanted to achieve things and the validation that she wanted from everyone that matters to her. And of course, IVAN LUKOV, how could I even forget about that man?

Two Wrongs Make a Right by Chloe Liese
Everyone deserves a Jamie and Bea type of love.
Although it took me a long time to finish this, I can still say that this is probably one of the best romance books I've read. The character dynamics in this are just everything, and I love how Bea and Jamie's love story starts to unravel slowly and we get to know their characters individually and in a rather more broader perspectives. But what I love most about this book is the representation because I feel like I learned and discovered a lot about neurodivergence and its human realities.

""Love is your cup of tea," she says softly. "And just because you got burned once, doesn't mean you can't find the perfect pour that's just right for you.""

Marriage for One by Ella Maise

Honestly, I didn't really expect much from this book, but it definitely gave!
One of the things that I love about this book is the different tropes it has: fake marriage/relationship and grumpy/sunshine. I also enjoyed the slow-burn romance going on because it really shows how the relationship of the MCs—Jack, and Rose—developed. This also has a dual POV, so I really loved how I was able to see how the mind of each of them works, especially Jack. I loved how he was the cold, broody type of character but would go soft for Rose. The scene where he really got my heart was when. As for Rose, her character really lived up to the 'sunshine' that she is because she can be hilarious without even trying. Also, I truly admire her dedication and how she didn't lose it despite everything.
As much as I like to give this a much higher rating, there were a few things I didn't like about how the story went after. Because after that, the story just became dragging and bland, and there was nothing really going on. Then came a few chapters later, everything just went too fast, and the ending felt like it was a bit rushed. And, it would've been nice if .
But overall, I did enjoy this, and it sure did help me get out of my reading slump.
