Cassie and Chance have an unusual relationship. Cassie working on a super yacht for reality TV and Chance in the charter business. I still love the setting of St. CROIX. Their relationship is built over time but in short increments if that makes sense.

Cassie is fearless and would do anything for anyone. She's willing to put herself in harms way to protect others. Chance has grown and is ready for a relationship and wants one with Cassie and he's willing to wait for her.

This is a fun novel. A few slow parts but still a fun read. Some tense moments.

Unexpected twist at the end. This was a good Sandra Brown. The unnamed man (for the majority of the story) reminds me of Reacher. A no nonsense type of guy.

Reading about the Green River Killer from the detective/sheriff POV was very interesting. I'd read the Ann Rule books which is very informative and indepth. This gave more details on the investigation I think. You get a more inside look at things.

Love a good Montana romance. Something about that state just makes them soooo good.

Well that was dark and twisty. Some I expected and some I didn't. It was a really good thriller novel especially for a debut. If you like twists and turns then this is a must read.

This was interesting.  I learned about insecurities which I think so many of us face. It was a different type of memoir than what I'm used to but still somewhat interesting.

Taylor is one dark ballerina. I love her! She's like an enigma. She shows one thing to the world but behind closed doors and with others might be a different way.

I enjoyed this story immensely. For me it's a story about survival and being strong. That's how I saw Taylor. Charles became her light in the dark. She was also that for him. They each had faced such trauma before and found ways to cope. Great novel!!!
