The story changed suddenly from the guy being a bodyguard to her dad’s best friend. It looked like the author forgot to be clear from the beginning.

Loved every single part of this book except for the ending. I think it was too simple for such tense plot. Let’s not even talk about the last decision the FMC made. I don’t think any man is worth being caught in a love triangle with your scheming sister who is pregnant for your husband. Going back to that was pure madness and borderline stupidity not love. Still, it was a cool, romantic read.

Olive has been unlucky for most…well all of her life. Her streak of bad luck gets impossibly worse when the guests at her twin’s wedding start puking during her speech. With the couple also indisposed, Olive is persuaded to take her twin’s honeymoon vacation but yes, bad luck strikes again, she has to take it with the groom’s brother who hates the sight of her. Will this vacation be all they need to fix their ‘hateship’  or will bad luck strike again?

A beautiful retelling of Cinderella makes you wonder what if Cinderella wasn't a damsel in distress, what if she was smart, cunning, and intelligent? Definitely worth a read.

House Woman is like that movie with a likable plot you are so engrossed with that you never noticed it was horrific and traumatizing until you gave it deep thought. In my case, I also didn't get this cover so it wasn't obvious to me. House Woman is a spectacular read and a masterpiece delivered by a genius author, left me on the edge of my seat many times.
