I can't begin to describe how much I loved this novel. An incredible release from this debut author about grief, love, connection, and where to put it all. I wish I could reread it again for the first time. Beautiful, prose-like language and well-developed characters.

A decent "who did it" novel.

I always find it difficult to accurately provide a star rating when a book is several short stories. There were some in this novel that I cringed at, some I loved, and many that required a pause after reading before continuing. Extremely dark, at times violent, and occasionally disturbing. Would not recommend reading if you're looking for a light read.

The writing style and author choices stylistically are beautiful and I devoured this book whole. Did have a confusing ending and left me feeling tense but was a great little horror option.
