Read the book online for free because the author is amazing and she put it on her website! But I also bought the physical book because it is so gorgeous I want to be able to re-open it whenever I feel like it. The drawing style is particular but it adds a beautiful bittersweet tone to the story. Which, in itself, is gorgeous, about friendships and chosen family and love and beautiful space and that's about it.

I love this book the same way I love On A Sunbeam (Tillie Walden). It's sci-fi centered around the characters, not a political intrigue; you see random snippets of their lives while they're working aboard their ship. Every character is great, I love this eclectic and diverse crew!
What I also love in this book are the quiet reflections on the human condition and society. Very well-done.

Did not finish book.
I really didn't get the writing style of the book, I stopped after 3 chapters.
