Such a fun whodunnit with the unique twist that the deceased is the one who was trying to solve her own murder after hearing the fortune it would happen. It’s easy to get into and makes you feel like you are involved in the case. Yet there are many twists and turns you won’t see coming

My six year old gives 5 stars and I agree. Very cute bedtime story - and I love how it written from a child’s perspective of how to help a dinosaur get to bed. A cute and creative way to get kids thinking about how to get ready for bed in a way that lets them be the ones in control.

This manga has the potential to be great - vampires, werewolves, katanas, a war between humans and monsters. I feel the completion was rushed and a bit lazy. Instead of new art in each page, several pictures are copied and pasted in various parts of the book

A beautiful memoir written by the daughter of Vietnamese immigrants, illustrating the bond between a daughter and a mother trying to make a better life for her family, and the dark consequences of beauty standards.

This book was beautiful written, like poetry.

I am sure it would be better in the original Arabic text.

The translator stated that it is not a perfect translation, and not everything was translated, such as the letters. I’d like to see what they said. Maybe the story would make more sense. The summary also only d escribes the beginning of the book and not the rest.

I found the book confusing at times and was sometimes unsure whose pov I was reading.

Ultimately it is a beautiful story of loneliness.
